I needed to know if Honda pays its workers more then Toyota or does GMC pay the best salary??

well look at the union scales unskilled is 15- 22 skilled is up to 32 per hour. plus benifits the big 3 are pretty much the same. uaw check the pay scales they are all listed its no secret

From what I hear Toyota has the best salary and is one of the more pickier employers, I have a friend who works at one of the transmission plants and he had been interviewed by the same person 4 times before getting the job.

That is going to vary from location to location. Honda in Ohio probably pays different than Honda in Alabama. GMC probably has the best pay but if you are looking for work, look at who is expanding and who is closing plants.
