OK, go to a different doc! A few years ago, I suddenlt lost ton of weight (70 lbs in 3 months) had constant migraines, vomiting, nausea, diareah and was fainting also. Every time I stood up, everything would get dark & dizzy. Finally after 5 docs, and about 40 visits to the ER (plus a ton of medical bills) I finally found a doc that helped me. I told her all my labs, scans, ect. were normal. She tested me for Celiac Spru, a test hardly anyone does (and a disease I have mentioned to other DOCTORS who had never heard of it!!!!) They check your blood for an antibody to gluten. Gluten is in almost everything, flour, cereal, salad dressing, broth... Anyway Celiac is NOT a food allgery, it is actually an auto-immune DISEASE that has no cure. Check out Celiac.org and read up on it. I had so many symptoms I thought I was dying of cancer. PLEASE get checked for this!! After a year of living Gluten-free, I am a whole new person, finally healthy again, no headaches, fainting, nausea, weight loss. This was a disease I have carried all my life, but it did not manifest untill I was 28, after the birth of my 3rd child. Also, if you test positive, have your kids checked, sisnce is is a GENETIC disease. Good Luck! If you do test positive, feel free to eamail me at cteretto@yahoo. It is a complete life change, and I have tons of resources. Best of luck to you, and I hope you feel better!!

I am very sorry to hear that, it must be horrible to go through all that. Maybe you have low blood pressure? Are you tall and under weight? Does it usually bother you the most when you get up?
I am asking this because postural hypotension is a cause of dizziness and fainting related to your costitution.
If you feel faint when you get up suddenly, try to get up slowly. Could there be a problem in your ear? In some cases extreme dizziness may be due to a problem in the inner ear.
Less common causes of vertigo include:
A noncancerous growth in the space behind the eardrum (cholesteatoma).
I really wish you luck in going through this ordeal. Take care.

How are your eating habits? Why can't you eat? Are you just not hungry? That could make you feel tired, not eating, and may be hard to detect in those tests. Also, any stress, anxiety, depression? When I feel anxious it just drains the life out of me. Sleeping habits normal?
Consider seeing a therapist, or finding someone you can talk to. Even if you don't think anything's wrong mentally, some things get shoved to the back of our minds, build up, and come out through physical symptoms such as fatigue.
You can't be diagnosed here, remember, all we can do is offer suggestions or thoughts.

Sorry to hear this, Some thoughts, loss of 15 kg is a bit much, I don't know the time frame of it happening. Depression usually there is a gradual loss of weight not during a short period of time. However, the fact that this has altered your life style you more than likely become depressed which makes it harder to treat the underlying cause. Other factors: thyroid or adrenal glands maybe causing this. I don't know all of your lab values nor the rest of you history to really help you.

Having lost 30 lbs can cause fainting (especially if you have lost quickly). Also, perhaps you have blood pressure problems, that can cause fainting. Your anxiety over being unwell may be contributing to your feeling unwell. Eat, sleep, relax, and maybe that will help in time.

If you are depressed it can cause physical problems, maybe you need to talk to your doctor about that.
