There are two answers to this the right one and the fun one.
The right one is read the appropriate business journals and you will get the right jargon, typically business people are results focussed, so words like results, forcasts, figures and dynamics are good. People often also refer to business plans, proposals and reports.
Then there are the wankers who use phrases like "at the end of the day" "Lets not boil the ocean" and "we've got a perfect storm here".........
And on the subject of wankers I throughly recommend using a little technique called "Bullshit Bingo" to help you through this. First write down every cheesy saying you hear, the ones above are a start but there are much, much worse out there. Then draw up a series of squares in a grid and write at random one of the bullshit words. If during the meeting all your words get used you must stand up and shout "BULLSHIT BINGO!!!"
This is of course may be of no use to you whatsoever but its great fun!

I don't think it is appropriate. Eventough it is only friendly gesture, other people may perceive it differently. remember, people only look based on what they see at first, they rarely judge people from the inside. If I was you I would hold it back. If you like her, ask her out, and you can rub her all night long.

Well, first of all if you are going to be a manager, learn how to spell and start practicing good grammer usage. As far as your question, what is the situation and what subject are you supposed to be talking about?

Teamwork, team player, market share, profit margin, R & D (research and development).
Depends on what topic you are speaking on.
