hey can you get an everstone anywhere besides granite cave? i need it

no... not in any one place in _particular_
although i'm curious about why you would possibly need it, your need is none of my concern.
northwest of dewford, that cave has one, but i think you already got that one.
as soulstryker said, you can also get them off wild geodude and wild graveler - both have a 5% chance of holding an everstone. (graveler has a 5% chance of holding a hardstone, if you are playing in fire/leaf instead)
just like each of the other games, only one is left out for you to find

honestly im also a pokemon fan so i know all the secret of it. Actually im playing a ruby version but it is just similar to saffire. You can find everstone in the granite cave by using mach bike in the sandy slope. Mach bike is very useful in crossing broken floor of sandy slopes. that's all i can say. Truly their is a everstone in the granite cave so don't worry you can find it. Good luck in your journey.

try looking around lilycove....and if u really want one...i think u cood find one around petalsburg....or while u trade pokemon wit ur frend....ask them if they cood let the pokemon hold the everstone!!
