babysitting. Go around your community and hang fliers and business cards! Babysitting is usually easy and i like it because i love kids. Also try raking leaves, shoveling snow. Im 13 too and i need some money. I talked to my mom and instead of getting clothes when im out shopping with her i get 50$ a month plus my allowence but I have to buy everything else on my own and I pay my own cell phone bill. I make Sunday clean the house day where i straighten up the house and vacum. I usually get 5 bucks... talk to your parents and tell them how you feel but make sure you tell them how grateful you are for what u alreayd have and you just want some extra mopney for the movies and clothes. Usually theyll understand and espically if you offer to earn it theyll realize your growing up. Good Luck

Babysitting, of course. Or you could be a mother's helper (ie help with kids when the parents are around, vs. not.)
Perhaps you can offer to do odd jobs around homes...e.g. painting mailboxes or trim; mow lawns (no reason girls can't do that!); weed gardens, paper route; tutor younger children in school subjects; organize a play group for several children a couple of times a week (and get paid by all of the parents.
BE SURE that you and your parents know the people with/for whom you might work. Do not go into anyone's house to perform a job without your parents knowing that person and OK-ing you doing the job. Be sure your parents know where you are whenever you are out working.
Think about something you're really good at or like to do and see if you can translate it into a money-earning opportunity.

look all you have to do is finde the right work for you since you are 13 i would sugest to pass out papers for babysiting if you dont like that then find a job perfect for you

My first suggestion is to sell your old toys etc, on ebay. If you are a responsible 13 yr old you could babysit for family, friends, and neighbors. Good luck
