No it's your paging file. It's a part of the virtual memory system of Windows. Don't delete it , it's normal.

You can adjust the size in

Right Click My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced -> Performance Settings -> Advanced -> Virtual Memory.

No, its not a virus. It is the page file, also known as virtual memory or a swap file. What it does is when you physical RAM is full it will start to use the hard drive like RAM.

Using the hard drive as RAM is much slower, but you don't need as much physical RAM. But I recommend physical RAM over using the page file. If your computer seems to be using the hard drive a lot, a RAM upgrade will help because the computer is accessing the drive to get to the page file.

This is your swap file for you os this is a area that when the memory gets ful the os makes temp files to acomidate for the low memory.
