Many things in life can be miserable. Just because you don't have a lot of love doesn't mean you never will. Give it sometime.

All life has some love in it even if it isn't romantic love. If you are that person well there must be someone who loves you? parent, sibling, friend, cat, dog, aunt, granny? and people and things you love too e.g. garden, PC, photo's, memories, cat, dog, and people who rely on you.
Misery is a negative emotion and can easily become depression. Don't let that happen.

No...when I was single I would be on this crazy high where I wasn't me at all but always had fun...kinda bipolaresque.
You should be out there drinking and embarrassing yourself, hon.
Assuming you're old enough. Otherwise, just write some depressing poetry and listen to sad music. It feels good to wallow!

Because everyone always wants more than what they have, and cannot be happy, and appreciate what they have.
We all just spend our whole lives wanting more and more, and forget to see what is in front of us.

I know I'm going to get blasted with thumbs downs for saying this but hear me out:
Most people who don't have love train themselves (their mind), to live without it. Even to the point of almost not desiring it at all. It's a form of self brain wash that is used in the same sense that one who desires to loose weight uses to no longer desire to eat meat and oily foods. They naturally love to eat it, but they train their minds to think of all the negative things about eating meat to the point of no longer desiring it as much. Some train their minds to the point of even wanting to puke at the smell of meat, but they once desired it greatly and enjoyed it's taste. Same with love. Many think enough about the negative aspects of relationships that they convince themselves they could never really be happy with someone else, regardless to the fact that naturally and genetically, we all desire to love and be loved by a lover.
Many put their positive focus on things like money. Money buys things that make them happy, giving instant quick gratification which can shield their feelings away from the love they don't have, and ignore their desires for it.
In a sense, they aren't miserable because they've trained themselves to no longer feel the need to have love. The less they think about it, the less it bothers them. The more they think about what makes them happy now, like money, the more at peace they are.
But I think this only avoids dealing with the real problem of why one couldn't find love to begin with, but thats just my opinion. SImilar to when people who want to loose weight go too far and die from too much weight loss. There is a balance. Loose weight enough to enjoy life, enjoy being single for a time but don't rule out love completely. Take it with a grain of salt.
Okay, now bring on the thumbs downs. You know I love it.
