In the fall. Then any not sold go into cold storage so they can be sold all through the fall and winter

Any that show up in the spring are coming from another country in the other hemisphere where spring is the equivalent of fall.

fall... generally apples start to come into season around the end of august/beginning of september and go out around the first frosts
