ok here is the problem, "BOYLE'S LAW",

Flourine gas exerts a pressure of 900 torre. When the pressure is changed to 1.50 atm, its volume is 250. mL. What was the original volume???

900 torr = 1.184 atm
Boyle's Law:
P1V1=P2V2

(1.184atm) (V1) = (1.50atm) (.25 L)

V1 = .317 L = 317 mL

PV=nRT; use P1V1=P2V2; convert torre to atm before solving.
