No, this isn't a rude question.
It seems like everyone has all these standards.
No one is ever quite good enough.
And i'm just wondering, when do you ACTUALLY become 'fat'?
The same goes for 'skinny'.
It just pisses me off.

I think it's all in the head. Each person is different. Some people call it fat for a girl of 5'2 to be 115. I think it's a good weight for me. I like it. I feel good. I'm not making any eyes bleed and I sleep well with my bod. Each to their own.

When you have to lean against the wall to wash your butt.
When you can't see your crouch or your feet and your not pregnant.
When your size has too many "x's" in it.
When you get out of breath just putting on your clothes.

30% over your ideal weight, I believe. Though some people wear their fat alot better and you can tell as soon.

When they need two people to left them out of people in the morning, is to fat.
To skinny is when you poke them and they lose their balance.

When you can see their fat through their clothes, like their rolls and stuff. Some girls are big, but not fat.. there is a difference.
