I've checked the fuses and they are fine. But the windows will not come down at all. What else do I need to do?

The problem affects all of the windows. None of them will come down.

If all of them wont work I would say you need to change the relay under the hood in the little fusebox on the lower right hand side if it is an older model or upper right on a newer model , though I have seen some supremes with 2 on the right hand side but I don't remember which one it is in that case . If you pop the cover off it should tell you what they are underneath . Hope that helps , Chris

the power window system runs through a relay in the fuse panel, there are two, one is for the power windows system and the other is for the a/c system

they are usually metal and silver colored and bigger than the fuses,

swap them and see if the windows work now, if they dont then theres a problem somewhere else, a bad switch or something else

do any of the windows work at all ever ?

or is it just one that youre having the problem with ?

if its jut one then its almost positively going to be worn out window motor in which is a common occurance

they are about 60 bucks brandnew at your local autp parts store and most are riveted in placein the door you drill the rivets out and use small bolts and nuts to mount the replacement in place, its not a real big deal to do :D takes a couple hours or so

good luck
