Depends on how they are 'supposed' to look.
And then whether I wear baggy or tight fitting depends on how I feel at the time and where I am going.
I am quite skinny so form fitting clothes look best on me otherwise I look like a boy!

I like them to be a little tighter on the butt and thighs, but baggy on the legs.. i like the big flare 70s look lol

Mine fit... NOT tight or lose,,,, just right so my pants don't look baggy as if I took a crap in them.

I buy my clothes to fit, but not so tight that I'm afraid to sneeze for fear I'll pop the zipper.
