The smallest would be a square. Since each acre is 43560 sq ft then one side of the square is 808 feet. The perimeter is 4 sides so 4x808 = 3233 feet

I would think it would depend on the shape of the plot. We have 5 acres and it is 660 by 330. Do the math!!

One acre is 43,560 square feet, so 15 acres would be 653,400 square feet. Therefore, the perimeter would have to be 6,934 feet (?)

There are too many options/variables to say with any degree of certainty. It's a bit like saying I weigh 200 pounds how tall am I? You are going to have to go outside with a big tape measure I'm afraid! Sorry!
