Well, you can buy a new exteral CD drive, or just switch out your CD drive.
BUT!
Fortunately, most if not all drivers can be found in the internet.
Go to google and type in the name of the printer followed by driver.
(Ex. Canon i250 Driver)
You should find what you're looking for.
If you need help then email me and I'll help you search for it.

Oh oh. Well I see 2 probabilities.
1. The cd drive needs repair.
2. The virus needs to be removed.
The easiest for you to check is the virus. If you have a pc, download McAfee stinger (free) and follow the instructions. You will have to turn of the 'System Restore' function to delete a virus that resides there. Then turn it back on after the Stinger has scanned the computer.
Stinger:

If the drive is not working, there could be either a software corruption: reinstall the drive.
Or a hardware problem: repair or replace the drive.
You need to be sure that you don't have a virus. If you do, it will just keep messing up your system until you can't use your pc any more.
;-D Computers are very useful, but can be a real pain!
