no, they were never in Colombia, the only europans that were in what is now Colombia were the spaniards.

As a nation, France was not much involved in Colombia.

There certainly have been French investments, especially in mining of gold and emeralds.

Today, the French own many of the grocery and clothing store chains in Colombia.
