I have to play a girl in 1700's. I have to be proper. Be I have parts where I have to say what comes off the top of my head. What can I do? I do better when I know what I'm going to say. I need help on
this.

You are probably too old, but you may want to read Felicity from the American Girl collection. You'll at least get an idea of what a girl in that time may have been like.

1700s? well, you could say
"the british are coming"

"top of your head" is "improvising - speak with a clear enunciation of each word - dont layer on some phony sounding accent
