I am moving and I have to lift a lot of heavy things, I plan on giving my baby up for adoption, but was wondering if this would make me miscarry, I don't want to do anything to harm the baby, I am about 23 weeks.

well it depends on how heavy the stuff.I'd say no more than about 20 lbs.If your putting the baby up for adoption and you have met the people that are adopting your baby you could ask them for help.My parents are trying to adopt again, they adopted me and they helped my bio mom move from Michigan to west Virginia were they live so they could be there when I was born.If you already know who is going adopt the baby they'll probably help because they don't want the baby to be in danger either.

~~Well my it depends on how heavy the object is and if you can really lift it up or not. I suggest you go with the smaller and lighter things when lifting things up. Don't lift the heavy stuff....leave that to the guys :)

Good luck!
