Neither party has an "official" stance on abortion, but Democrats are typically more likely to be pro-choice, and Republicans are more likely to be pro-life.

EDIT:
Both parties claim to support education, but they go about delivering that support in different ways.

Generally, NOT all, Republicans believe that babies have the right to life, even if the mother, and father don't want the baby. Most democrat's think it's okay to abort any unwanted baby. I am Republican, but could never abort a baby, but I, like some democrat's might feel, I don't have any right to tell anyone else what they can and should do concerning their unborn baby. That is a personal decision that should be left up to the individual, and their family, NOT government. It just isn't my place.

a million. what's a socialized Society? 2. What does abortion might want to do with it 3. It does take the ability to imagine seriously to be a conservative. That does seem a community the position progressives are poor. the numerous reason you're unable to decide a republican mind is that you haven't got a pragmatic mind. success has no longer something to do with it.

There are Democrats and Republicans on both sides of this issue. It is split many ways. Mostly, though, Dems support abortion and Republicans oppose it.

Dems are pro abortion. Reps are anti abortion.
What do you mean by "what do republicans believe in education?"?
That is vague to say the least.

both

well said xenypoo, except for "Most democrat's think it's okay to abort any unwanted baby." error! I tend to agree more with democrats, but I disagree with abortion for many reasons, but it does serve a functional aspect in society even though many hardline pro-lifers refuse to consider any reason.

The answer to this question is: some from both sides do and don't agree with it.

Abortion is more of a religious belief than a political one.

There are some popular ppl that are pro-choice and pro-life on both sides. IE, Republican Giulani, ex-mayor of NYC and running for president in 08, is pro-choice.
