Burts Bees beeswax lip balm!I swear by it!!!Its all natural too.

I just got some Aveeno Lip Conditioner (same thing as balm)
and it's great! Has a sunscreen of 15 in it too, good if you are going to be in the snow. Has a pleasant feel and smell. A little on the expensive side- about $2.69 at Walmart.

Burt's Bee and Smith's Rosebud Salve. I applied the Smith's overnight and the next day, my lips are very soft and supple with no chapped lips
