We need strong President, one who will not back down from terrorist threats, one who will make an attempt to talk, but as soon as that fails, will act. You see, the UN does a lot of talking, they pass resolutions that they cant or wont enforce.

We have one party like that and all they want to do is give lip service to the issues, but no one wants to step up and " say" what they would do.

We need another JFK or a Ron Reagan in the worst way. Carter, Clinton and Bush are little league's compared to our two best Presidents we have ever had. One Democrat and one Republican who both believed that America should be great, that America should stand tall and lead by example, and that America's working people needed tax breaks instead of increases to support welfare.

Take a look at your history and you will see what I am telling you. While I don't agree with the current Bush, I am glad he was CNC for 911 cause we would still be talking and they would still be blowing up things.

Even though I am a democrat, there is one person I would love to see president that just so happens to be a Republican... btw, I'd only vote for him if at least one branch of gov. stayed democrat because I never want to go through a dictatorship again..

Anyways it is Tancredo.

I honestly don't care what 95% of his stances are on issues because he said one thing that I would give up all my issues for... he said on PBS's Tavis Smiley one night, "... I don't know what an American corporation is anymore..."

He, like me, does not accept the explanation, '.. the jobs are gone and not coming back..." He, like me, says '...if it ain't working or is working against you and your country then UNDO it..." FIX THE PROBLEM!!! Don't give into it.

I am major anti-globalization because I love my country and ppl don't realize if this is not the MAJOR issue in your life today, it will be some day not by your choice. The day is coming when we don't make a single item in the USA from bottom up... might already be here... that we wake up and have become a country of service jobs...

When that day comes, all these glorious issues everybody fights about like abortion, etc... won't be a didly fart....

John Stewart.

You need a good sense of humor in this government. He also doesn't believe in spin city. I've seen him deride both democrats and republicans (mostly republicans since they have had the power over the last few years). He seems like a solid realist.

I believe he would make an interesting president.

Now before I get thumbed to oblivion, please not I said he would make an INTERESTING president. I can't say whether or not he would make a good president, but he would definately make an interesting one.

Everybody wants to see a President but only to know the position and not the person acting as one.

President Bush, definitely. (huge fan). He is a great man with strong convictions of right and wrong. He and his family have sacrificed a lot knowing that he has become a marked man by the terrorists. His sacrifice is as great as any brave soldier in the field.
