After reading a book, it says that the cancer sign is a water sign and the moon is it's ruling planet. It states that cancer signs are meticulous with numbers,logistics etc. They are usually close to their mothers ( maybe a bit too much at times). They have the tendency to be good musicians. They are sensitive and wonderful with plants.
As far as relationships - they will do well with Capricorns,Taurus,virgos- also pices and scorpio and other cancers. They also have the tendency to issues with their weight.

i have a really good friend who is a cancer. he's stubborn and moody, has a temper, and is sensitive, but is also the nicest guy i know. he would do anything for anyone and is so generous. i have never met a cancer who wasn't a nice person :-)

am a cancer...i can tell you that at least me , am VERY sensitive...but if you mess with me, lets just say i know how to use them claws...i love people that make me laugh, am very thoughtful and like to listen to peoples problems. and really listen. i have a nasty attitude at times, when am cranky. am noble. am a perfectionist and have a good sence of decorating, i love to make my home as warm and cozy as a can. am always thinking of everybody's needs but my own.

sweet, caring, understanding, homebodies,domesticated(I JUST LOVE THAT!) but also they are moody as hell, very very sensitive, hold grudges for along time and keep making the same mistakes twice.
