What are reasons that driving is better than walking (come inside)?

I already know it's faster. I'm going to list some things and you just add to the list

*faster
*in the summer you can use AC
*in the winter you can turn the heat on
*you don't have to carry an MP3 player or CD player around
*carpooling
*you use your muscles less
*you can take time to relax
*protection from other vehicles
*expands your list of possible destinations
*you can carry more groceries


Alright, there's my list. Without restating what's above can you give me some more reasons?

love shopping for cars- the salesman are so charming

Gives me opportunities to meet other drivers and nice policemen from accidents.

Get to meet gasoline station attendants

get to meet auto repairmen.

Decreases my already too heavy checkbook

Driving in rush hour is soooo relaxing,

Get too feel good about making the earth climate change more rapidly

avoid meeting those troublesome neighbors

It allows people with handicaps to go places more easily.
You are more likely to survive being hit by another car than you would be if hit by a car while walking.
It's embarrasing to pick someone up for a date while on foot.
