Anime guys, especially those intentionally drawn as 'bishounen,' tend to be somewhat effeminate appearing and androgynous. Part of this is because they're intended to appeal to young girls who (society presumes) are somewhat scared of their own sexuality and interest in guys, so to alleviate that fear they try to make the guys appear 'safer' by making them more girlish.
The side effect is that straight guys look at them, and think "she's cute for a cartoon... oh wait that's a he wtf"

(I love em too, but then I already know that I love effeminate or androgynous boys as well as masculine or tomboy-type girls.)

Sounds like you are straight but have an anime guy fetish. You could also be bi and not used to the idea of men and need to experiment a bit. Personally, I think you're straight, but only you can know for sure.

Maybe it means you want men with really big eyes and small noses! :-)

Or, more seriously, perhaps you don't feel safe around actual men, or find things to dislike about actual men. How do you feel about actual women? That'll give you a clue.

It means nothing, unless you run into a real live human who looks like your fantasy anime guy.
