I do not mean short term, I mean completly change your life, I am not trying to be patronising, just trying to discuss that it would not be realistic to think that it could change anyones life that is sitting on the internet paying money to read this?

Depends.
It is a rather small amount if you're living in a developed country.
However, if you are living in a developing country or less developed country, then it can change the standard of life quite dramatically.

I think it would help me get my car running again! 1000.00 isn't much but to some its just enough! it wouldn't change my life but it could certainly help speed the process up alittle! i think it would help a homeless person, Think about what they could do if given the proper guide on how to spend that money. I don't no just my opinion though! have a good evening! ♥

For some people $1,000 would be a lot. It might buy a short vacation, or finance someone's play, or help pay for tuition, or replace a broken refrigerator. It might pay off a debt. The generosity of the gift alone might be enough to lift someone's spirits out of despair.
