Why can you find greeting cards that combine Christmas/Hannukah, but not Easter/Passover?

Hey, I'm serious. I live in NYC. In the Hallmark stores and other places in December you can find cards that combine Christmas and Hannukah greetings, yet in the early spring you can't find cards that give both Easter and Passover greetings.
