Pardon me, but im 20 and my parents didnt get me a phone til i got a car at 16 years old. i had to have a job and pay for the service. i find it rediculous that 10 year old kids have cell phones. what did you do when you were 10? did you have a cell phone? whatever happened to "kids get outta the house and go play in the yard."??? I would go with the RAZR for your 14 year old, they're the rage for that age group. A Samsung phone would work best for your 10-year-old.

I'm a parent and, my ten year old wouldn't get a cell phone, who does he/she need to talk to? they cant have it in school, and he/she should always be with you or another adult anyway, I feel that gifts should be age appropriate. Television has made people believe that what they see on it should become a reality, get him/her a game boy and leave the cell phones for teens who need them for the most important reason, to stay in touch with and adult.
