Big Super gave you the correct answer. There is nothing but manual labor that will remove it. My friend helped me remove the tile floor in my kitchen. He came over with a 1/2 drive Hammer Drill with a 4 inch chisel bit and made short work of removing everything to the sub-floor. He chiseled and I scooped with a grain shovel and we were done in less than 4 hrs.

Short answer - not that I know of. The only way is with a hammer, chisel, scraper, and hard work. Sorry.

You need to scrape it off, it's the only way.
