First stop all the N.B.C's (Nagging, Bitching and Complaining). Also stop trying to change him into what you believe an ideal man would be. It's easy to avoid an argument, just don't say the negative remark that comes to mind when he say something stupid, also don't belittle him for things that come natural to women (like knowing why color and white clothes is not washed together).
Don't wait until his favorite sports game come on to decide that you need to talk about where the relationship is going (nothing will be settled while the game is on).

P.S: Y'all can set aside time to talk about problems, and when he ask you what is wrong. Don't ever say NOTHING, because we men are dense and will believe it.
If something is wrong tell him what it is, in as few words as possible to get the point across. Also we don't talk about "Our Feelings" so don't try to force us to be all sensitive.

Honeymoon's over. next stop...extra-marital affair. The groundwork is being laid my dear. Mark my words. When it does happen...and it will...know what he'll say? You're to blame because you always argue with him and make him feel unloved. its the age old line. Used every day as a cheap excuse to go out and get some 'strange'. Be ready for heartache.

What do you argue about?, is it worth the relationship with your husband?, just don't argue with him and tell him you do not want to fight with him.

How about a marriage retreat, or counseling.
