no. absolutely not, in the first place, you are already legally separated so what's the big deal? Adultery is only considered so if yuo have any other relationship within the bonds of marriage so nothing to worry about.

I don't think adultery is something people get charged with anymore . If you are legally separated I beleive you can do what you want except get married.

Not in California, all they have to do (man or woman) is file and have the other be served saying you are legally separated as of a certain date and you can screw around all you want (with no consequence). I'm not sure about other states? Good luck to you!

NO, but why not just get divorced? Very seldom these days do you see anyone put down a actual reason for a divorce, they usually all mark "differences".

In some states you might have to be divorced before they not consider it adultery.I would check it out.
