it depends on your mp3 player, and they music format they carry. my creative zen is 30 gigs and says it can hold 1,500 songs and a ipod 30 gigs says it can hold 7,500. so it really depends. but on my old 1 gig i could most definatly hold over 5 albums

About 250, i saw online on several sites that a 2 Gig one can hold 500 so i just say half of that

well heres someting i hate about mp3 [layer comanies who actually come up with a number because its imposible to really know.It depends on the lenght of the song and quality. Most songs are 128kb which is good in quality but 64kb is just the same and uses half the momery.you can easily and for free convert your congs to that format with a free pogram liek thsi one

make sure its converting hte songs to 64kb and you can fit about 1,000 songs :)) thats a good trick i allways do.

Well, it really depends on the length of your songs, but roughly 240.
