limitedtoo, ummm taht the only place that i no that sells really girly clothes...im sure u'll find one under 20 in the clearance rack i shopped there when i was 9-10..now im 11 and shopping @ hollister, a and f,aeropostale...yea :)

I personally think for kids sizes....Kohls...possibly limited too but i know that that CAN be exspensive sometimes.....hope i could be of help! have a blessed day! :)

probaly you could try store like Kohls or walmart and if you dont want you daughter looking like a huzzy dont buy here really short skirts
