Im going to assume that the "in" written above is a typo and that you know what a natural log is.

y' = 25/(25x+3)
@ x=2, y' = 25/53
therefore that slope of the tangent of y @ x=2 is 25/53

y=[ 25x+3 ]
y=25[2]+3
y=50+3
y=53in

dy/dx=[1/(25x+3)]25
At x=2 we have dy/dx= (1/53)25 = 25/53
