Maybe a mixture of candy and chocolates. Perhaps you can get a bag of mixed chocolates, the mini ones that people use for Halloween, and another bag of candy and then mix the different ones together in a little goodie bag. (you can make them out of saran wrap, just some ribbons around the top like people do when they give wine bottles as gifts)

I found this idea in Seventeen magazine years ago, and I used it on my co-workers:
Make your friends gingerbread men and women that resemble them! Get yourself a gingerbread cookie recipe, gingerbread men and women cookie cutouts as big as your hand or slightly smaller, and buy or make frosting and icing in different colors. You might make a white frosting and use food dye, and/or buy different colors of gel icing.
Most of my co-workers loved those cookies!
The stuffed animals are a good idea, though I suspect the girls will love them more than the boys. You might get the boys Hot Wheels or Matchbox cars.
You might also get them fancy pens--fancy as in creative or artistic, not expensive.

A really good book would be a good choice ... a classic that could be acquired cheaply in paperback.
Include a hand written note from you with each book.
*** ps what ever you choose please give them each a thoughtful note with the gift item.
*** One of my old teachers gave each class member a book and a note...I still have BOTH! In the note she told me I was nice, kind and I was good to my friends... stuff like that ... To my 6th grade mind that note ment a lot at the time.

gift cards for $5 at McDonald's
or just a small picture frame from a craft store...they are very inexpensive....have your mom or dad take a cute picture of you and size it to fit the frame:)
good luck
no matter what you choose to give, it is a very sweet gesture on your part:)
