What would you do if your own father ripped you off? and I don't just mean a few buck, I mean he really cheated and decieved you big time to the point where you didn't care if you never saw him again.

I suggest you sue him. Particularly if its a nominal amount.
I mean it, if it was life savings plus yes I would. Go and see someone about doing the deed. He will have to replace all and pay court costs.
