i have brown hair but i want Black do you think it would look ok or gothic?

dont worry. it won't look gothic if u dont put alot of black eyemakeup.
put more bright n warm colors n no1 will treat u of a goth.
plus u should consider how dark is ur skin color. if ur not dark i wouldn't recomend u to color ur hair black cuz it will make u look more pale.
Newayz the decision is up to u ,,,..n after all ur alwayz beautiful.. doesnt matter if ur hair is black or brown :)

I'm the same way with my mom. I have brown hair and want black hair. I don't think it's gothic, after all, some people have it as a natural hair color.

Hmmm. You can dye your hair any color you want, because it's your hair. But be careful in choosing the right kind of product to dye your hair, and the blacks you choose. Some blacks make your hair look like it has a tint of blue in it, which usually indicates that you are naturally not a black headed person. Try using hair dye like Loreal, or Natural match.. Natural Match is about $10.99. It's alittle pricy, but makes your hair looking sleek and natural. Even Feria is a pretty good one. But I would go with Natural Match.

it depends on your skin tone, i wanted to go really dark almost black but instead i kept it brown on top and then black on the bottom. and i still get it that way. it adds contrast and spunk without going sooooo dark ya know?

its fine my mom my bf and my bff all have black hair! just rememeber to wear BrIgHt spunky colors with cool braclets earrings...etc. and do what you want!!
