This is in SI units.

There are 25.4 milimeters to one inch. Get a calculator or pen and paper. Using that information,

X number of Kilometers/1Kilometer * 1000 Meters/1Meter * 1000 millimeters * 25.4 millimeters/inch * 12 inches/1 foot * 5280 feet/1 Mile = Y number of Miles

X is the number of Kilometers, Y is the number of Miles
/ means divide. * means multiply. Do this in the order presented to get your answer.

You can also use a direct conversion from a website or reference book. It'll give you the same answer. Be careful of rounding errors.
