does any 1 know how i could insert one of my photos onto a background i made?? because i drag my picture and it comes up with a new blank page with just my image...!!

Open the picture
Select it all
Do an Edit > Copy
Then open the background and do a Paste (or Paste Layer)

OPen up thge picture.on the left side were the toolbar list is by the eraser toll there one called BACKGROUND ERASER. use it to erase the background of the pic and then at the top of the same toll box list theres one thats liek a small hand called SELECTION tool.highlight the whole picture and then go to EDIT and click on COPY if you dont find the COPY button try CTRL+C and then open up the background you made and PASTE IT as a NEW SELECTION and that should work just place the pciture in place and right click the pcituer and save it walla!!!!!!!!!!!
