A gameshark is a device that. Well... Let me explain. Games are made of codes which each code has a responsibility and make the game work run smooth and make sure there are no glitches. With a gameshark they take the code and mix them up a little. So when you play the code that says a hit takes you down like 2 hp gamesharks make it to where you don't loose any health. It does that with money, life, items, and even levels. I haven't got one recently but the ones for N64 mess up you N64. I'd do a little fishing before you buy and find out the review and rating for the gameshark for that system. But systems are trying to stop gamesharks. The N64 gameshark plug into the socket just like the regular game and the game goes on top. But for games like Gamecube and Nintendo Wii there is not much you can do. Only a CD you put in before the game and sometimes it isn't all successful. Well hope this helps you. Watch it not that would be funny.

A gameshark is like a sort of memory card for a gameboy advance sp (probably for the plain gameboy advance) that has all of the current cheat codes for pretty much any game you have. It hooks on the back of your gameboy. It has nearly all of the cheat codes for nearly all the games. The price ranges from $20-$30. I hope this helped you out! upiknick

A game shark is a hacker. It is legal. It uses special codes and to hack into your game and beat it. So its kind of like Unlimited Health,Unlimited Money, Unlimited Items, things like this. Game Sharks can also have saves. Saves do not hack. By using a gameshark save you can download of the internet a save and putting it on your memory card. A action repaly does all codes which is really kewl.

The Game Shark is a disc or a cartridge for a ps2 or a GBA (Game Boy Advance) that gives you cheats for a type of game you like or can't beat
