I've got friends who are really stressing me out. They are constantly causing me stressed and making me feel constantly anxious. Whenever I decide I don't want them in my life then they act nice and beg to see me again. The minute we get together it's the same deal - them causing craziness, and me feeling stressed, It's so hard for me to let go though and make a break from them. It's like I'm sort of addicted to the drama and in some ways want to continue the crazy toxic relationship. What can I do to control my emotions and end this relationship? I can't take it anymore!

The only thing you can do is cut them off. Don't answer the phone, don't answer their emails, don't play their mind games anymore. If they insist on bringing you into their drama, tell them to take a hike for your own good. Just do it or they will continue to drive you nuts.

Find new friends people who are actually your friends and care about you. Once you find those kind of people you will realize that these people are not your friends. If your addicted to drama find a new way like start watching soap operas they are filled with drama haha. Seriously though when they call don't pick up the phone, eventually they will stop or if you do pick up the phone tell them you are busy and join a club or something so you are busy and they will get the hint

1st of all, u should really make sure it's not just u overreacting and overannalyzing everything they do. THEN you can dump 'em. a lil drama or tenseness is normal between girls cuz we're bitchy (don't deny it- it's in our DNA), but if they're distractin you from everyuthing else- forget it. in the end it's not worth your time to be anxious/stressed, and most importantly, if they're taking away focus from schoolwork- that should be enough evidence 4 u to end it right there! friends come n go, the sooner u learn this- the BETTER!!!

they don't sound to friendly, try finding new friends with less drama and problems.
