Here's the gig:
Generally speaking, if the parents don't plan on pressing charges, that's a big help. BUT, that doesn't make him protected from the law. If the legal system is in anyway notified (a school counselor finds out and is required to tell, etc.) then the state is required to press charges against him. It will be aggravated sexual assault (at least in Texas that's what I know) because he is more than three years age difference from her, regardless of parents feelings and whether the relationship was consentual.
Charges can be avoided if nobody presses charges, meaning that anyone legally bound to do so is kept away from the information. People will clearly know that she is pregnant, but she doesn't have to let people know that her partner is 21.
Also, to all those who think high schoolers and twenty somethings don't belong together: when I was 17 I met the love of my life - he was 25. We have a wonderful relationship.

It does not matter if he has the consent of the parents or not, the State can press charges if he has committed a crime. And in most states 15 is not old enough to have sex w/ an adult, that is certainly statutory rape.

I'd go with the first answer and save the hate ("Lock him up!" blahblahblah) for something else. Since the families are at peace, this shouldn't be a problem if no one fights about it. A cop's job is not to try and fish out every evil in the world around them, but to respond to complaints and what comes across their eyes, desk, etc.

If she was 15 year old daughter and pregnant by a 21 year old guy. The bastard would be in jail where he belongs. What in the world does a 21 year old have in common with a 15 year old??? She would be worried about school and her grades. Ahhh what is wrong with people these days???

Now this year he has to attend sex offender programmes can't go stay with his grandchildren cant live where ever he wants to gets floggings for being a child molester(AS LABELLED BY NEWS PAPERS) myadvice is get married and avoid it all that's what they did in the old days girls 13yrs old use to get married.

Yep. I know someone that happened to. She was 16, he was 21, parents knew about it. But when she got pregnant, dad was going to press statutory rape charges if he didn't marry his daughter.
