By applying a visitor's Visa first...by the way, if you are a visitor, you can't legally working here. Only way is to marry one of American citizen and stay here...

get a green card like everyone else who wants to come here.

you would be illegal and anyone that hired you could get fined and get into trouble , you would not be welcomed here by any employer
