Ok, if you want the truth there is no cure. The average human takes an hour for a glass (12 oz. beer, 5 oz. wine) to leave the system. Once alcohol hits your stomach its out and moving around your body. Your liver is only able to process so much at a time. Certain things may make you feel better but you will still have a "Hangover" no matter what.

not a cure as a a pre-treatment

first of all, some background info

a hangover is your body being dehydrated
alcohol causes this dehydration

so before you go to bed, drink a big glass of water
if you had a lot to drink, drink 1 1/2 glasses
when you wake up, you'll still be thirsty, so have a bottle next to you in bed
the more water you have in you after drinking, the better you'll feel

The best hangover cure, I've found is a greasy breakfast. But it is much easier to prevent hangovers, by drinking plenty of water while you are drinking booze.

Have one drink of what ever gave you the hangover. If you are hung over on beer, when you get up, have a beer.

My brother in law always drank a little too much beer, and before he went to bed he took 3 tylenol and drank a glass of tomato juice. He never had a hangover.

I've never had a hangover but what I've been told works is to eat something sweet. The alcohol in your system draws glucose out, which gives you that sick queasy feeling. If you eat something sweet, your glucose won't get that depleted. And if I do drink I always drink on a full stomach anyway; it keeps me from getting sick!

1) Drink plenty of water immediately before and after you go to sleep
2) Drink a strawberry and banana smoothie in the morning after an hour of the water.
3) Try not to stand up too quickly or move about too much

well i would eat a big breakfast to get all the nutrients back into your body that you lost the night before. You probably have an empty stomach right now due to all the throwing up. maybe have an energy drink.

This works trust me, just drink a shot of pickle juice after every few drinks you have, and then before you go to bed have another shot of pickle juice.
