The one in Pushkin Square in Moscow is the largest on in the world with 27 cashiers and seating for 700.

The McDonalds in Watertower Place in Chicago. I believe it has 2 floors, but its HUGE!

I have been to one in Moscow. It is located on Old Arbat street. It has an upstairs and downstairs dining area. It is the largest I have been in.
