He may be too cool, stressed, shedding, breeding mode, have mites or be ill.
Check the cage temps. He needs a cooler side away from the source of his heat.
If you just got him or recently moved him he could be adjusting to the move. At which point food should not even be offered for 7-10 days. When you do feed, offer the food and if it isn't eaten in 20 minutes, remove the food item and try again in 7 days. Offering food daily is a big stresser.
Is he in shed? His eyes will turn bluish gray, then clear back up. After that he will shed about a week later. Most snakes will not eat during this time.
Do you have breeding sized females in the same room with him? If so, he can sense it and will not eat because he will be in breeding mode.
He should be in a cage alone (if he isn't already) Sharing cages can cause stress and make them not eat as well.
Make sure there are no mites on him. Just run your hand down his body to be sure he is clear.
Is he gurgling or breathing raspy? If so, he has an infection and needs to be seen by a vet asap!
Hope this helps and if it none of the above, contact a reptile vet for assistance.

im assuming since you are just now asking you just got it recently?? they are a very shy snake when young so they do require more time to adjust than many other snakes. are you trying to feed in cage or other place/live or prekilled in dark conditions or bright. near water or away from it
the last ?? is a weird one to many but realize that an anaconda is a water boa so they are much more comfertable near water. they hunt mostly at night so feed in dark is this a wild caught or captive bred- if wild caught go to your local petstore and get a handfull of there dirty gerbil bedding get a prekilled mouse/frozen but thaw it out completly then run it under warm water for a few seconds to get temp up and feed your snake in a dark secure location. if it still wont eat wait one week and try the same gerbil bedding thing and put a live mouse in but every 5 mins or so take a little peek trying not to disturb him to make shure the mouse aint having snake for lunch. make shure whatever you are feeding is not tooo big for him

He may be hibernating, or if you are where it is warm he may also be getting ready to shed. If his eyes are cloudy he is getting ready to shed. They will go back to clear right before he sheds. Be careful as he may be rather cranky during and right afterwards. Also when was the last time he ate. He may not be hungry yet. Also if he has been moved recently he may also be a little stressed. Make sure his temp is right and he will come around.

Before buying exotics animals you should study a lot ....couse if not they die in your hands....and you just go to a pet shop and buy anoyher one !!!
What you need is to look for information and read anaconda´s illness and how to give the correct food and things like that to stay it alive !
They are not toys !!
Please go to a vet and ask about this problem !
It is not easy to have reptils as pets !!
....just go !!
GOOD LUCK ! ( FROM ARGENTINA )

I was told they do that because they go into a hibernation type of thing before they shed.
