here are a few, but it is a pricey thing to do.

There are a bunch if you just google Swim with Dolphins in Florida.

We are fortunate to have a pretty good size boat and I have been in the water with dolphins, just by sheer luck, you might want to look up boat charters there are many that can take you to where the dolphins are and maybe get into the water with them! I have done this many times myself! I think it may be a cheaper way and a really fun day for you!

i went last month and swam with the dolphins at theatre of the sea in islamorada, in the keys. it's still expensive but i thought cheaper than a lot of dolphin swims ive seen advertised. i think it was about $120 for an adult, included park admission, etc.
it is illegal to touchor harass dolphins in the wild. when you actually get close to and touch the dolphins at a dolphin swim you realize how incredibly strong they are. i know they are generally gentle creatures but if one got a mind to it would be very easy for them to hurt or even kill you, so i'd think twice before approaching one in the wild. its fine to look, but i wouldnt recommend touching

They have quite a few swim with the dolphin attractions in the keys. But I'm afraid they are all quite expensive.
