The freeware program most like Adobe Photoshop is Gimp (http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/ ). But for casual photo editing you might prefer something simpler, like Picassa (http://picasa.google.com/ ).

did you mean adobe photoshop ?? photoshop is a shareware baby.. you can download it from adobe website (www.adobe.com) but it's only a trial version with features limitation...to get a full version of course you need to purchase the full version one.. (or get a crack, but it's illegal..)
so better to find another freeware program baby.. you can search from google for it and find the most suitable for you...

try picasa from google make the same thinks like adobe(the free adobe)
