I'm not a 100% sure but, I know that glycolisis occurs in mitochondrial membranes in eukaryotes and that the electron flow reactions occur in the second mitochondrial membranes.

In prokaryotes - all in cytoplasm. In eukaryotes - a million.Glycolysis - in cytoplasm 2.link reaction - in mitochondria 3.Krebs Cycle - in matrix of mitochondria. 4.Electron delivery chain/ATP synthesis - on inner mitochondrial membranes (cristae).
