I just bought one (for a 4 GB one) and did some price shopping. Not counting e-bay (because I didn't want one not covered by a warranty), I got mine from amazon.com for $189. It was only $10 more if I got it from Apple.com and I could have gotten free laser engraving on it, but then I would have had to pay sales tax on it also.

It wouldn't matter if you got it at Wal-mart if it's truly Ipod brand. It would still come with the same warranty as any other physical store. I would go with Circuit City, Best Buy or a store like Wal-mart. They are all around $150 right now for the lowest gig nano.

iPod nano's are $200 at target. DONT GET THEM THERE. You can get them for $150 at like best buy or circuit city, or the Apple iPod store!

I got mine at Circuit City for $150.00. I've heard some are being sold for $700.00 which is silly. Walmart sells them for $50.00 or something but don't get them there because they suck and are really cheap and crap like that.

You can get it from the actual Apple store. They have the "exclusive" color, RED. They do free laser engraving and free shipping and handling.

This christMAS HOLIDAY LOTS OF STORES WILL HAVE LOTS OF OFFERS JUST LIKE THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING. THEN YOU COULD GET IT THEN FOR HALF PRIZE.
