He is the right one if they start winning more.

Look at KSU where they bring in a coach after the Synder era and people all had doubts...but he pulled it into a winning season. It doesn't matter until people let that coach prove yes or no whether they can win.

Yes he is, he's a Serious in your Face, no nonsense Coach, College Football are more Tolerable then Pro Football his two years in Oakland sets an example that the NFL was not for him.
