whenever i push shift alt delete it shows programs in use like kodac software,propela,easysdhare,ext when im not using them at the time.your answer well be greatly appreciate.

All that stuff won't hurt your computer, true, but it will decrease performance when you run that much stuff at once. Another easy way, and an anti-spy measure...
1. Install Spybot Search and Destroy
2. Update definitions (not necessary to remove those programs)\
3. Go into Mode, then Advanced Mode
4. Go to Tools on the left side, then into System Startup
5. Simply uncheck the stuff you don't want. A simple way to help people who don't want to get complicated.

On that site you will find a (Huge) list of startup programs, the list will let you know if it is ok or not to disable any program from starting up

Tips
start > run > msconfig
look under "services" to disable, what you don't want to run!!!
or
but you want to look under "startup" to stop something from loading went you start windows up!!!

i have them too.its because those programs are set on start menue and they have update programs running.just leave them there not hurting.
